Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What ingredients are used in your playdough?
All playdough is homemade. Our ingredients include flour, salt, cream of tartar, vegetable oil, water and food coloring. Some variations include glitter, vegetable glycerin, and sand. Our ingredients themselves are nut free, however the kits are created in a home that is NOT nut free.
What fillers can we expect in a sensory kit?
Sensory kit fillers vary by kit, but some common fillers include beans, chickpeas, aquarium rocks, corn and rice.
At what age can my child play with your kits?
We recommend our products for ages 3+, as small parts are a choking hazard and playdough, although food safe, should not be ingested. All items should be used under adult supervision.
How long will my playdough last?
Playdough can be stored in an airtight container for 3-6 months. During storage you may notice some crystallization. If crystallization occurs, knead the dough with your hands for a few minutes until soft.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver to addresses in the Natick, Wayland, Wellesley, Sudbury, and Sherborn areas. All addresses outside of these areas can arrange contactless pickup of kits at your closest 3Moms home.
What type of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept Paypal payments through our website.
When will my kit be delivered?
Delivery dates vary based on when your order is received. An order placed before Wednesday at 12pm will be delivered Friday of that week. Any order placed after the cut off will be delivered on Friday the following week.
Why does my kit not look the same as the picture online?
Each kit is made to order so contents and colors may vary slightly from what is posted online.
